Patient Concern
Patient presented with multiple failing restorations, worn teeth, and compromised bite function, seeking a comprehensive solution to restore both appearance and chewing ability.
Clinical Challenge
The case required coordinating multiple crowns and bridges across both arches while maintaining proper occlusion (bite alignment) and ensuring aesthetic harmony between all prosthetic units.
Treatment Approach
A phased approach was used: teeth were prepared, temporary restorations placed, and final crowns and bridges were designed digitally with 3Shape scanning, milled in our in-house lab using Zirconia and E-max materials for optimal strength and natural appearance.
Result
The patient regained full chewing function with a natural-looking, durable restoration. The coordinated treatment plan ensured that all prosthetic units work together harmoniously.
